Lashcode mascara – good at everything, great at nothing? Not necessarily!!!

What do you usually expect from a mascara? Some just curl, lengthen, thicken or separate lashes, others combine some of these properties, and yet others are multifunctional and are supposed to do everything that I have already mentioned.

In my opinion, a mascara should just give me a nice color, curl my lashes and nourish them. That’s all. It might seem a lot, though. When I was wandering through the drugstore shelves in search of the best mascara, my attention was drawn by products that were supposed to be multipurpose: curl, lengthen, thicken, separate, regenerate… all in one. In addition, some could be purchased at a very affordable price – disproportionately low in relation to its promised activities.

Since I am not a believer, I was very sceptical towards Lashcode – a mascara that was meant to do everything didn’t convince me at first. Lashcode never gained my attention when shopping at a drugstore, probably because it is not available stationary, but it can only be ordered online. Frankly speaking, this fact not just surprised me but also intrigued me. The first thing that came to my mind was that it is a luxurious product. And since I like high-end cosmetics, I decided to give it a try right away.

If I saw Lashcode on the drugstore shelf, I would definitely buy it because it has a unique packaging: black, elegant, ascetic. Lashcode mascara does not fight for attention because the look is not its only asset. Its packaging does not have to be pink or flashy in any other way.

Lashcode mascara – effects

Lashcode is designed to lengthen, thicken, and separate eyelashes, as well as nurture and regenerate them at the same time. And you know what? It really does it. In addition, it gives my lashes a true, deep black color, and it is incredibly long-lasting (it stays on the eyelashes around the clock!). Also, it allows quick makeup removal. What’s more, it does not leave lumps, does not flake off and does not smudge the eyelids.

All that Lashcode mascara does to my eyelashes, it is a large (but not entirely) merit of the wand. The brush – ergonomic, with the perfect shape and size – reaches every eyelash, even the shortest ones.

Lashcode mascara – list of ingredients 

Lashcode mascara comprises a whole range of effective, conditioning and beautifying ingredients. The composition is the second, apart from the wand, huge asset:

• arginine – moisturizes lashes, allowing all active ingredients to reach the lash bulbs and work from within. Additionally, it stimulates lashes to grow and prevents them from falling out.
• baikal scullcap extract – provides protection against harmful internal factors (delays aging processes) and external (micro-injuries, UV radiation, and others),
• provitamin B5 (also referred to as panthenol) supports the lipid barrier of eyelashes, and thus makes them more elastic, smooth, and polished,
• vitamin E (“vitamin of youth”) is a building block of eyelashes and a strong antioxidant that protects eyelash bulbs,
• soy and wheat germ extracts strengthen eyelashes, and as a result not only prevent them from aging and falling out but also stimulate their growth. In addition, they moisturize eyelashes and smooth giving them a healthy shine.

Lashcode mascara – price and the delivery 

Lashcode mascara is worth the price, but it is not excessive. If, despite its wide and effective action, it cost as much as the popular toothpaste, I would be worried.

Lashcode mascara – my opinion

Lashcode is the best mascara I’ve ever had. It seems to me that it’s a cosmetic without flaws, so I do not intend to change it for any other. I thoroughly recommend it to everyone.
