What Should Face Creams Include? My Favourite Ingredients
Hi, there!
When I shop for a facial cream, I always read the list of ingredients. They must match my skin type and problems. What substances do I recommend and search for in creams? Read my latest article.
Not Only Algae
Algae have become very common ingredients of cosmetics. They repair, moisturise and protect the skin. Apart from algae, skin care products include Dead Sea Mud, minerals and clay. Their task is ensuring a young appearance, nourishment and firmness of the skin. These sea substances purify the skin, remove toxins from the body, increase blood flow and boost cellular renewal of skin. Taken from seas and oceans, algae, minerals, mud and clay offer extra benefits – soothe, smooth and provide oxygen.
Fats Aren’t That Bad
Obviously, I mean plant fats rich in vitamins and micro-nutrients. Among fats, there are oils extracted from seeds and fruit – used in beauty care for ages. Popular argan oil, macadamia oil, coconut oil and Shea butter are common in hair and skin care. They have moisturising, anti-wrinkle, repairing and nourishing power. Oils are fully safe and don’t cause side effects.
Herbs & Fruit
These plants are rich in lots of ingredients that have a beneficial influence on skin and hair. They are composed of antioxidants, vitamins, essential oils, soothing, firming, hydrating and even healing substances. Herbs and fruit are popular in natural cosmetics and during innovative care treatments.
Unusual Ingredients of Face Creams
There are some substances that I haven’t used so far. Stem cells, organic acids, peptides and many others. Their job is smoothing wrinkles, regenerating skin, intensive hydration and protection from free radicals and UV radiation.
