What captivated me about Nanobrow Shape Mascara? First of all, the fact that I’m dealing with a brow-thickening mascara. The brows become visually thicker and it feels like there are a lot more of them. This will be a real discovery, especially for anyone struggling with the problem of thin and sparse eyebrows. 

In addition, it is impossible not to mention the convenient brush which allows me to fill in my brows efficiently. Even when I do my eyebrow makeup on the run, it is always successful and I don’t have to worry about any touch-ups.

I won this brow mascara in some Instagram giveaway quite a long time ago. At that time I had practically nothing to do with brow mascaras, I was still a fan of doing my brow makeup with pencils. I liked this brow mascara the first time I used it as it let me brush up my brows well and gave them the right shape. It’s a fairly efficient product, which is a big plus. I also like the small brush, although at first, I was sure that it would not be practical – it turned out that my fears were not necessary. I think it’s a good mascara for eyebrows that are thicker and need taming. The product gives a slight thickening effect and contains special microfibers to increase brow volume. However, I can’t say that I achieved a wow effect with this product. However, this was a satisfactory result and I think it can appeal to many women.

Eyebrow makeup with this mascara doesn’t always come out quite right for me due to the rather specific consistency of the product. Nevertheless, I think it’s one of the better brow mascaras that allow you to style the brows in any style you want. My unruly eyebrows stopped sticking out after applying this mascara and looked healthier. You should also know that it has been tested by ophthalmologists. The manufacturers claim it is waterproof, but in my opinion, it is better to avoid contact with water after applying it. It can wear off a bit and it happened to me a few times. As for its durability, it could be better. The natural, lovely shades, perfectly match the natural color of the eyebrows. I think all of you can find a shade for yourself. The brush is comfortable and allows you to take care of every detail and reach the smallest brow hairs.

4. LORD&BERRY MUST HAVE TINTED BROW MASCARA

This brow mascara didn’t particularly impress me and didn’t meet all my expectations, but it makes the arches look healthier and neat. At first, I didn’t know how to define my eyebrows with the mascara from Lord&Berry – I thought I kept applying too much product. After some time, I think it’s just the way it is,  you have to work a bit harder if you want to do your brow makeup properly with this brow mascara. However, this is definitely more due to the consistency. The brush itself is refined and I think it does a great job of taming even the shortest brow hairs. The biggest surprise for me with this product was that my eyebrows got such a healthy glow and looked really natural. In my opinion, this is definitely not a thickening-brow mascara, so if you are looking for such an effect, you should reach for another option.

5. URBAN DECAY BROW ENDOWED BROW PRIMER AND COLOR 

As for this product, I had really high hopes for it. I already had a couple of cosmetics from this brand, and I decided it was time to try something for my eyebrows. Unfortunately, the effect I got with the mascara I bought didn’t particularly impress me. I thought that my eyebrows would gain spectacular volume and look much thicker than they are, but this was not the case. I do, however, like the consistency of this brow mascara and its durability – it tames my brows well, and the results last for about 16 hours. The product was not tested on animals and has a fairly good formula. I think it can work well on sensitive skin, but of course, always be careful. The eyebrow mascara fills in small gaps and allows you to enjoy healthy-looking arches. It separates the brows nicely and does not leave unwanted clumps.

• Cons: Doesn’t thicken or volumize the brows; I don’t think it’s a particularly efficient product; the shade of this eyebrow mascara creates a slightly overdrawn effect.

This is supposed to be a brow-thickening mascara, however, I have some doubts. Yes, if you care about the thicker brow effect, it can be useful, but in my case, it glued the hairs together and made them look not very good despite filling in the gaps well. I also didn’t like the brush, it could have been a bit more refined. As for the formula, it’s gentle and based on naturally-derived ingredients, which is also a big benefit. The product does not irritate my skin and stays on my eyebrows for a really long time. 

• Pros: visually thickens the brows and fills in gaps; made with gentle ingredients that don’t irritate the skin. 
• Cons: it doesn’t apply very well; it glues my hairs together, making my makeup look worse.
