Which Products to Use for Autumn Beauty Bath?

Taking a bath can be relaxing, especially if we add our favorite products and spend more time in the tub. If you’re also bothered by longer and colder evenings, check how to boost the mood and prepare a nice bath.

PUMPKIN

It’s a definitely ‘autumn’ vegetable. A pumpkin has skin repairing, moisturising and tightening power. It contains lots of skin-friendly vitamins (A, B, C) and micro-nutrients. The vegetable is a rich source of carotene. How to use the pumpkin for your bath? First, take the pulp out and boil it. When it cools down, add some milk and mix well. Pour the mixture into warm water. Thanks to such a pumpkin bath, your skin will be velvety smooth and hydrated.

ALMOND OIL

Autumn makes us think of the aroma of exotic products. Almond oil is one of them. It’s an excellent moisturising substance, rich in proteins, vitamins and micro-nutrients. Just add a few drops to water or rub into the skin after the bath. Its pleasant scent will make you feel relaxed.

DEAD SEA SALT

It contains lots of minerals and effectively nourishes all skin types. Thanks to the Dead Sea salt, you’ll get rid of acne, remove toxins from the body and purify the skin pores. Pour a handful of crystals into the water and enjoy beautiful skin. Himalayan salt works in a similar way and has an amazing rosy color.

LAVENDER

It has anti-bacterial, disinfecting and soothing properties. Lavender oil-enriched bath hydrates and smoothes the skin, boosts repair of the epidermis and speeds up skin healing processes. Add a few drops of lavender oil or a few spoons of dried lavender to the bath. Pour a handful of pine needles for better effects. You may as well boil all of the ingredients and pour the brew into the tub.
