One Two Lash Magnetic Eyelash Extensions. Hit or Miss?

Hi!

Eyelash growth products and accessories enjoy a great popularity among girls. Drugstores offer serums, false eyelashes and volumizing & lengthening mascaras. A new type of fake lashes has been launched by One Two Lash… magnetic extensions. Is it a cosmetic hit or miss?

What are the magnetic lashes?

They look like regular falsies yet there’s one small difference – a tiny magnet attached. One Two Lash Set consists of a few pairs of false lashes. You don’t need any adhesive or tools that an aesthetician uses while applying extensions. So how do you apply them? Thanks to the magnet, the strip stays on your eyelashes. You apply one strip to the top of the natural lashes. Next, you place the bottom strip under the natural eyelashes – two strips connect with the magnet.

Magnetic falsies – hit or miss?

Magnetic fake lashes have pros and cons. Surely, they make an interesting alternative to other eyelash extension methods. Why I recommend magnetic lashes?

  1. If you don’t know how to apply strip or cluster lashes, you don’t feel like spending lots of money on salon treatments or you simply don’t like lash serums – the magnetic lashes are right for you. Applying and removing them is faster, easier and safer.
  2. Are your eyes and skin sensitive? Falsies with magnets don’t cause irritations. Feel free to test them.
  3. Magnetic lashes don’t damage the natural hair as much as regular strip eyelashes.
  4. Magnetic eyelashes deliver a spectacular, bold effect and are cut out for the night outs – parties, New Year’s Eve, weddings.

Too bad, magnetic lashes have a few downsides, too. Why I don’t recommend them?

  1. The first application is super difficult.
  2. Some of you like a natural-looking effect – that’s not what you get using the magnetic lashes.
  3. Magnetic falsies are thick and they stick out. I had to trim them so they go with my eyes. To make things worse, I think that just one magnet isn’t enough – the bristles on the strip ends aren’t evenly distributed.
  4. Magnetic fake lashes aren’t comfy. When I look up or ahead, I can see a black line – the magnet.

Have you tested One Two Magnetic Lashes?
