- a glass of sugar,
- 3/4 glass of coconut oil,
- a half of a glass of sea salt,
- 3 tbs of baking soda,
- 15 drops of chamomile oil,
- 10 drops of lemon oil,
- 5 drops of lavender oil.
Place all ingredients in the bowl. Melt coconut oil and cool it, then add the other oils and mix. Then combine all loose and liquid components. Rub the scrub in feet for a few minutes then wash down with warm water. For even better results use a moisturizing cream and wear socks overnight.
